Introducing Our New Executive Chef Ilario Turri!

Chef Ilario with his 30 years culinary experience is a great addition to our young team at Il Milione. His culinary career officially began after he completed his education in the prestigious culinary art school of Rovigo, Italy and has since been shaped by experiences at numerous restaurants and hotels  in the Middle East, South America and Asia.

He has now been working all over China for 20 years and has a deep knowledge of our community and the beautiful country that hosts us not only through the language but more importantly through the understanding of local flavours and customs.
