主打“美食”与“美景”两大元素的慢综艺《中餐厅》自开播以来,一直深受大家喜爱。节目前两季口碑爆棚,而万众期待的第3季选择了意大利西西里岛东岸的陶尔米纳。

西西里是意大利最大的大区, 有令人留恋的景观, 从起伏的山峦到碧蓝的大海, 再到腹地充满阳光的平原。不少影视作品都在这里取景,著名的有《教父》《西西里的美丽传说》等。

Sicily is the largest Italian region, with hues of evocative landscapes that ranges from undulating hills rolling down to the sea, to green sunny plains of inland. Many films are shot here, such as The Godfather, Malena and so on.

西西里坐落在在地中海的中部, 曾经叫 Trinacria (希腊语三个海角, 为它的近似三角形状), 然后被称作 Sicania ,最后被称作 SIKELIA (希腊语 Σικελία)。

Placed in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, it was once called Trinacria (from Greek tries, three and Akra, symbol for its almost triangular shape), then Sicania and finally SIKELIA (Σικελία in Greek).

A very fresh and aromatic wine, perfectly present the Contrada Mandranova’s microclimate. Its tropical and citrusy notes, cleverly enhanced by the work in the vineyard are combined to a long and mineral finish.

酒精度:13.5%  

颜色:稻黄色带有明亮绿色反光

香气:新鲜柚子,木瓜,芒果,西番莲,平衡以白桃,接骨木花的精致香气

味道:入口强烈的矿物质感,有咸度,随后带着强烈持久平衡的甜蜜后味

食物搭配:意大利烩饭, 配红鲻鱼片或箭鱼卷

适饮温度:10-12℃

Biological wine

Grape: Grillo 100%

Alcohol: 13,5% Vol.

Color: straw yellow with bright green reflections.

Nose:   fresh notes of grapefruit, papaya, mango, passion fruit, well balanced by delicate notes of white peach and elderflower

Taste: strong mineral entry, almost salty, a powerful, long and well-balanced sweet final

Food pairing: risotto, with red mullet fillets or swordfish rolls

Recommended serving temperature: 10-12°C
